Admins hold the community in their hands. These are the rules you're held to — as a candidate and as a member of staff.

Requirements to stay admin
- Be active. Regular inactivity without notice = demotion (use Admin Inactivity for real-life breaks — see Staff Inactivity Rules).
- Clean record — no cheating, no ban history, no toxic behavior.
- 16+ and mature enough to handle insults without reacting.
How to moderate
- Punish by severity, not by mood. Same offense = same punishment, whoever does it — including your friends and donors.
- Give a reason when you kick/ban. "ask admin" is not a reason.
- Warn first when it makes sense. Permanent bans are for serious offenses and repeat offenders.
- Record punishments when required (logs, reports) — a ban with no record can't be reviewed.
- If a player disputes a punishment, tell them to use the forums (Report an admin / Unban requests). Don't argue in-game.
Things that get you demoted instantly
- Abusing admin powers for personal grudges or friends
- Covering up for a friend who cheated
- Selling or sharing your admin login
- Toxic behavior in-game or on Discord while wearing the admin tag
- Leaking internal staff information
