Privacy Policy
The rulebook and the fine print for the UNCAP community — written to be read, not buried.
We collect the minimum needed to run a gaming community: accounts, forums, game servers and paid services. This page explains what is stored, why, and how to get it removed.
1. What we store
Forum account data (username, e-mail, posts, PMs), sign-in data from Discord OAuth (Discord ID, username, avatar) and Steam OpenID (Steam ID, name, avatar), game-server records (nicknames, IP addresses, playtime, bans), and for paid services the PayPal payer name / transaction reference attached to your request code.
2. Why we store it
To operate your account, keep the servers fair (anti-cheat, ban records), deliver and verify paid services, and answer support tickets. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
3. Third parties
Sign-in and community features touch Discord and Valve/Steam; payments are handled entirely by PayPal — we never see or store your card or PayPal password. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.
4. Retention
Forum content stays until you ask for deletion. Game-server and ban logs are kept only as long as they are useful for moderation. Payment references are kept for bookkeeping and dispute handling.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or full deletion (account, posts and service records) at any time — except data we must keep to document a ban or a completed payment. Requests go through the Support page or Discord.
6. Contact
Questions about privacy: Support or the owner e-mail in the footer / Discord server.
