Terms of Service
The rulebook and the fine print for the UNCAP community — written to be read, not buried.
By using this website, the Discord or any UNCAP game server you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the services.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password private. One person, one account — shared, sold or transferred accounts may be closed without notice.
2. Your content
Posts, threads and profiles you create stay yours, but you grant UNCAP the non-exclusive right to display and store them on this platform. Do not upload content you have no right to share.
3. Paid services
VIP, reserved slots, coins, unban and other paid services are digital goods delivered by staff after the PayPal payment is verified in the Request Center. Your request code is your proof of submission. Amounts and durations are listed on each request form before you pay.
4. Availability
Servers and services are provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it; maintenance, restarts and outages can happen. Extended downtime affecting a paid service is compensated case by case.
5. Termination
You may stop using the site and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or ban accounts that break the Rules.
6. Changes
These terms can change as the community grows. Material changes are announced on the Discord and, where reasonable, on the forums. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
