Rules & Policies
The rulebook and the fine print for the UNCAP community — written to be read, not buried.
The short version: play fair, respect people, and keep it fun. These rules apply everywhere UNCAP exists — the forums, the Discord, the game servers and every service page.
1. Respect everyone
No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats or targeted abuse — in game chat, forums, DMs or Discord. Banter is fine until someone asks you to stop; after that it is a rule break.
2. Play fair
No cheats, hacks, exploits, scripts, bug abuse or third-party advantage software on any UNCAP server. Advertising other communities, servers or shops is not allowed either.
3. Keep accounts personal
One account per person. Do not share, sell, buy or trade accounts — including forum accounts, VIP slots and in-game items. Account recovery is handled by staff through the Recovery service, never by buying someone else's login.
4. Purchases are staff-verified
All paid services run through the Service Center with a request code — never through DMs with other players. Staff confirm your PayPal payment before anything is activated.
5. Appeals and reports
Banned? Use the Premium Unban request or reach staff on Discord. Found a cheater? Report in the Player Reports board or on Discord with evidence (demos, clips).
6. Staff decisions
Staff have the final call on the servers and can act on behaviour that clearly breaks the spirit of these rules even if no single line covers it. If you believe a decision is wrong, open a ticket — calmly, with evidence.
7. Age and content
The community is aimed at players 16+. Admin applications require 16+ and a clean record. Post nothing illegal, sexual or depicting real-world violence.
8. Consequences
Breaks are handled case by case: warning, mute, kick, temporary ban, permanent ban. Buying services does not make you immune — paying players follow the same rules. Ban evasion doubles the ban.
