Discord moderation — same team, extra context. These rules apply to anyone moderating the UNCAP Discord.

— UNCAP Management
- 1. You represent UNCAP. Your behavior in any server while holding our staff roles reflects on us. Don't argue drama in public, don't leak internal chats.
- 2. Moderate with the forum rules in mind. Discord punishments and forum punishments should match — a server ban for cheating usually means a forum ban too. Coordinate with management before crossing the two.
- 3. Use logs. Mutes, kicks and bans need a reason in the mod-log channel (who, what, why). No anonymous actions.
- 4. No favoritism. Friends and donors get the same treatment as everyone else — that's the fastest way to lose the community's trust.
- 5. Ticket discipline. Answer support tickets in order, don't ghost people, and close resolved tickets with a short answer instead of silence.
- 6. Role management. Forum-linked roles are synced — don't hand out staff or Special Member roles manually without management approval.
- 7. Voice channels. Kick/timeout people who disrupt, but don't nuke a full voice channel over one person.
