If a member reports you, management reviews it like any other report. Handled calmly and fairly on both sides.

Duties
- Keep forums clean: merge duplicates, move threads to the right forum, close resolved topics, remove spam.
- Handle reports and support tickets in a timely manner — use the templates and leave a clear note in the thread.
- Warn before punishing when the offense allows it; permanent bans only for serious or repeated offenses.
- Answer member questions honestly. If you don't know, say so and find out.
Limits
- Never abuse your powers: no banning people you personally dislike, no editing other members' posts to win arguments, no leaking private data (emails, IPs, ban reasons).
- Stay neutral in public disputes between members — if you're involved, hand the case to another staff member.
- Do not promise things you can't deliver (ranks, unban approvals, store items).
- Do not discuss staff matters in public channels or threads.
- Take criticism privately. A staff member arguing with members in public undermines the whole team.
