📌 Staff Inactivity Rules & Absence Policy - Zizou - 10-08-2026 Activity is what keeps a staff team functional. This topic defines exactly what's expected of you, and what happens when life gets in the way.\n\nIf you can't meet the on-duty requirements, you must log your absence through Admin Inactivity. Too frequent absences will eventually lead to removal from your position. Failing to meet the expectations and minimum requirements long-term results in demotion without prior notice.\n\nOn-duty requirements\n \n Maintain a certain degree of activity on the server and the community as a whole (Discord and forums). At least 2 hours on the server every week. As a new staff member you are required to dedicate at least 5 hours every week.\n Assist players regarding any concerns or questions, and respond to any issues or reports.\n \n\nIf you fail to meet the above requirements, you are required to log your absence. There are three categories of absence: Partial absence, Complete absence, and Probation period.\n\nPartial absence — up to 2 weeks\nPartial absence refers to an overall decrease in your activity, but you are still able to play occasionally.\n \n Maintain a certain degree of activity on the server and the community as a whole (Discord and forums). At least 1 hour on the server every week — for new staff, at least 2 hours.\n Assist players regarding concerns or questions, and respond to issues or reports at least to the minimum.\n \n\nComplete absence — 2 weeks or more\nComplete absence is your complete inability to allocate any time to the server or community for a longer period. It only applies if you plan to be inactive for more than 2 weeks; anything less counts as a partial absence.\n \n Maintain a certain degree of activity on Discord and forums — interact with the community and discuss any matters with the staff.\n New staff are not permitted to go on a complete absence.\n Assist players regarding any concerns or questions.\n \n\nProbation period — up to 2 months\nIf you are completely unable to be active or access any of the community sites for a very long time, you may select a probation period. Your staff privileges are suspended during the absence, and you regain the position by increasing your activity on the server when you return — you will not be required to re-apply, and you retain your original staff position (Supervisor) after increasing your activity.\n \n The probation may not last more than 2 months.\n New staff are not permitted to go on a probation period.\n \n\nHow to log an absence: open an Admin Inactivity request with the category (partial / complete / probation) and the expected duration.
