1. Forum — Support
For account problems, store/service questions, linked Discord issues, or anything about the forums. Open a thread, describe the problem, include your nickname and (for store requests) your request code.

Fastest for quick questions. Use the support channel and open a ticket for anything private. Staff hang out there daily.

Bugs → Report a bug. Cheaters/griefers → Report a player. Admin misconduct → Report an admin. Always use the pinned template — reports without details get ignored.
4. Unbans — Unban requests
One thread per ban, use the template, be honest. Paid faster review: Premium Unban.
What to include in any request:
- Your exact nickname (forum + game)
- What happened, when, and what you already tried
- Screenshots/demo links if relevant
Never share your password with anyone — staff will never ask for it. Recovery goes through Account Recovery only.
Response times: Discord is fastest, forum within 24h usually.
